At True North, a Focus on Homemade

Finding one’s true north translates roughly to following the right path. In September, Paul Miranda, former executive chef of Swallow in Huntington and Montauk, continued along his chosen path by opening, with Stuart Kritz, the aptly named True North in Huntington Village.

Mr. Miranda seems to be on solid footing so far. Based on the crowds at this new gastropub, it appeared his fans from Swallow have followed him here.
